Restorative Yoga + Tea Practice

Tea and Yoga have ancient connections. Tea is an informal yoga tradition that has taken root over the years. A cup of tea can help us access union within ourselves and community.

The evening will begin exploring traditional Restorative Yoga postures lead by Cindy Huston. These postures improve circulation, digestions, remove toxins, and reduce muscle tension. Postures will be supported using blankets, blocks, and cushions allowing the body to gently stretch and relax.

Our very own Romy will offer a mediation complimenting the tea specifically selected for this evening. After a sharing of the experience. (speaking always optional)
